Start with the outside of the ear, and slowly work your way in, making sure to not push wax further inside your dog’s ear canal. Use a clean cotton wipe for the other ear. Did you forget there were two ears?
Repeat this process until dirt, wax and odors significantly decrease. This can take 2-5 days, depending on your pup’s ear size and floppiness. Be patient and consistent, especially if this cleaning regimen is a new experience for your dog.
